How Automated Schedules Work

  • • Schedules check for users who haven't run an audit within the interval period
  • • When you click "Run Now", reminders are sent to all qualifying users
  • • The next run date is automatically calculated based on the interval
  • • Users who opt out of reminders will not receive notifications
  • • Notifications are sent to the project owner for manual follow-up
